Strength training mp3s – innovation in health and sport
Passionate about exercise, I completed my Masters in Physical Education at Washington State University and spent the next 20 years working in health and fitness industry in the UK. In 2010 I found myself unable to exercise due to TNBC treatment.
In my quest for self-help, I began researching the capabilities of the mind-body connection and the impact our day-to-day thoughts have on our health and resilience. The scientific evidence I collated demonstrating the ability of the mind to improve muscle strength, alleviate stress, enhance immune responses and elevate mood and optimism, led my team to develop ‘active imagery’ strength training mp3’s.
I originally founded In Mind In Body (IMIB) to help people like myself with breast cancer but it soon became apparent that the strength training mp3s had the potential to help many others who find themselves unable to physically exercise due to illness, injury, surgery or demotivation.
If you would like to receive a free strength training mp3 from the ‘activate’ range, please visit In Mind In Body, browse the ‘shop’ and let me know via ‘contact’ which mp3 you would like us to send you, quoting ‘BCW16’ – offer closes 31st July 2016 .
In order to help socialise an awareness of our products, IMIB has entered the #VOOM competition. The first round of the competition is down to the public vote. If you love what we’re doing I’d love your help to reach out to as many people as possible who could potentially benefit from using active imagery. Please vote here (closing date 23rd May 2016).
I look forward to sending you your free active imagery mp3 very soon.
Best wishes,
