The Breast Cancer Thrivers Cruise Contest is the chance for a breast cancer patient/survivor/thriver to have her/his name to be randomly drawn to attend the 17th Annual Breast Cancer Thrivers Cruise 2024 which sails May 4-9, 2024 out of New York City on Royal Caribbean Liberty of the Seas.

The term “thriver “applies to anyone who has been diagnosed with breast cancer.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:

The Breast Cancer Thrivers Cruise Contest is open to any breast cancer thriver who is 21 years of age or older. Family members and employees of Total Travel and Events’ organization and sponsors of the Breast Cancer Thrivers Cruise are not eligible to win.

The Breast Cancer Thrivers Cruise Contest includes one berth as a shared Inside Stateroom Cabin Category.

Winning recipient can purchase an upgraded level of cabin, based on availability. Cruise must be taken with the designated group outing designated as the 17th Annual Thrivers Cruise that sails May 4-9, 2024.

Winning recipient may bring a guest of their choice to share the cabin, but guest is responsible for all costs of cruise and travel and must purchase their cabin/berth and travel insurance through Total Travel and Events. Here’s the link for guests to begin their registration:

In the event the Contest Recipient will not be bringing guest of their choice, Total Travel and Events will find a cabin mate to share the cabin.

This contest does not include air fare, ground transportation to or from the port of embarkation, taxes, government fees, port charges and fees, shore excursions, gratuities, bar and beverage charges, medical costs of any kind, or any personal items. This winning is nontransferable and non-redeemable. There is no redeemable cash value for this contest. This contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Breast Cancer Thrivers Cruise Contest cannot be combined with any other offerings or discounts. Cabin is subject to availability. By entering, you agree to these terms as well as use of your names and your photos for promotional purposes without receiving any additional compensation.

If your name is drawn, you further agree to provide an affidavit from your physician that you are physically able to attend the cruise event; this affidavit must be received within 21 days of accepting the winnings of this contest. Affidavit must be mailed to Total Travel and Events, 2395 Hammock View Drive, Winter Garden, FL 34787.

The winning recipient must purchase travel insurance at their own expense purchased through Total Travel and Events at the same time your booking is confirmed.

The Breast Cancer Thrivers Cruise Contest will be made by random drawing on January 15, 2024, and winner will be immediately notified and has a maximum of three calendar days to accept or reject.

By registering to win, you agree to receive future correspondence, including email and offers of solicitation from corporate sponsors. Future correspondence will include the opportunity to opt-out of receiving correspondence.

By registering to win, you acknowledge that you agree to these Rules and Regulations and will hold harmless all sponsors of the cruise including but limited to Total Travel and Events for this cruise event and contest including but not limited for any and all damages, claims, actions, and judgments including all costs of legal fees.
